Sarasota Cardio Kickboxing: Get fit while having fun
A total body high energy workout that increases your stamina, flexibility, and strength all while having fun.
This is a 40-45 minute aerobic class which includes: kicking, punching, bag workout and some self-defense techniques.
As with any fitness class, talk with your health care professional to find out whether cardio kickboxing is an appropriate activity for you.
